2014 Daily Planner FAQ's

I am SO very excited to introduce the 2014 Daily Planner Printables, now available in my Etsy shop!

Last year's planner rocked my world, but this year, I adore it even more.  Here are some of the things you can find within the 2014 version:

Colorful Intro Page!

The front page of the planner printable kit is a vibrant welcome page introducing the happy pages behind it.

Prefilled Dates

The entire planner is pre-filled with dates from either August 2013 - Dec 2014 or Jan 2014 - Dec 2014, depending on which you select:

Two Page Portrait Monthly Calendars

Each month begins with a two page calendar spread.  You asked and I listened, this year they are portrait style to avoid rotating of the planner between the calendar spread and daily pages.

Two Page Daily Spread

Each week comes dated, and spread across two colorful, portrait pages.  If you select the meal planning option, you can add in your daily meal plans.  For those who love to set goals for the week, there is a spot for that, and another for miscellaneous notes and reminders.  This year was streamlined and stretched to maximize writing area.

This year you can snag the planner pages as an instant download file!  Wahoo!  No more waiting game!

And there are all sorts of extra options and add-on pages to select from as well.  Looking to create a personalized coversheet?

Select from a total of 15 colorful options here{allow 2-8 business days processing time on all personalized orders}

Keep track of the important holidays, birthdays and anniversaries with a Special Dates printable.

The Contacts printable is a great addition and allows you to keep the details of your important peeps with you at all times.

I don't know about you, but I love need to write things down.  The extra lined Notes pages at the back of the planner give me a place to jot down notes from phone calls, meetings or even all of those random ideas floating through my head as I try and fall asleep.

Here are some 2014 planner FAQ's:

  • I love the Martha Stewart Discbound Cover, I purchased it at Staples.  To use this system, I did invest in a special Discbound paper punch, which allows me to remove and replace pages as I wish.  I love the versatility and flexibility that the system allows, as I can remove pages I no longer need, and punch in papers with important dates, such as travel itineraries and schedules for my boy's sporting events.  This is my second year using the cover and it has held up great to my daily use and love.

  • The planner is formatted to be printed on standard, letter sized 8 1/2" x 11" paper.  The intro page ensures that printable is also formatted to be printed duplex style.  The pages are not designed or intended to be shrunk for the smaller planner size {because the page ratio size changes, it will leave a white margin at the top and bottom of the page, and also may not allow for simple duplex printing}.  I am listening to the feedback that the smaller size would be AWESOME and I am looking into that for future releases.

  • I prefer to use 98 bright, 32 lb paper from Staples, which doesn't allow "show through" of the printer ink or my pens.

  • Because each and every printer is different, with different properties and functionality, it is nearly impossible for me to troubleshoot printer issues.  However, these pages print best when opened in Adobe Reader, with the options "Fit" and "Auto Portrait/Landscape".  The file also comes with a Print Release, to allow you to take the file to any local print shop for printing. {Also, be sure to support locally owned print companies and public libraries, you may be surprised at their competitive pricing}.

  • I currently do not offer these planners printed and packaged, all sales are for digital PDF files only.
